The 2016 Stonebridge Condominium Association Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 14. The meeting will be held at the pool courtyard and will begin at 6:30 p.m. In case of rain, the meeting will be held in the 4324/4326 Melody Lane garage. Sign-in will begin at 6 p.m., and the meeting will end by 8 p.m. The meeting agenda, proposed 2017 budget, and proxy form have been mailed to Stonebridge Condominium owners/Association members.

Various revisions to Stonebridge rules and regulations go into effect July 1. The initial draft revisions were presented at the Annual Meeting last year. Comments and suggestions from that meeting were incorporated in a second draft presented earlier this year. Additional comments and suggestions from that second draft presentation were used to complete the final revisions of rules and regulations which go into effect on July 1.

A new master insurance policy goes into effect on July 30, 2013. Requests for a copy of the insurance certificate can be made being going to www.condoinsurancenow.com. Ceertificates may be mailed or emailed to you. Those without Internet access may contact Baer Insurance at 608-830-5800. Questions regarding the master insurance policy may be directed to Bruner Realty at 608-273-9390.

The following Madison General Ordinances (M.G.O.) pertain to your responsibilities for cleaning up after your dog:
•ALWAYS carry equipment sufficient to clean up your dog's feces whenever you and your dog are off your property. M.G.O. 7.322(2).
•Do not allow your dog to defecate on any property, public or private (except your own property), unless you immediately remove, and properly dispose of the waste. M.G.O. 7.322(1).
•Do not allow dog feces to accumulate on your property. M.G.O. 7.37(8).
•Dog feces can pose health risks to people and pets. The fine for violating any of these ordinances is $100.00.

In response to questions regarding screened porches, Bruner Realty is having detailed plans/specs prepared to be available by February 15, 2013. In addition, a contract is being developed for residents to enter into with the Stonebridge Condominium Association indicating responsibilities for construction and maintenance.
