Welcome to Stonebridge Condo Association.
On behalf of the Stonebridge Condominiums Home Owners Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of Stonebridge, we welcome you to our community. We look forward to meeting you whether at our outdoor pool, fitness center, walking our campus or working in our community gardens. Stonebridge comprises 301 units. Units are either one bedroom/one bathroom, two bedroom/one bathroom or two bedroom, two bathroom. Our campus is conveniently located off of HWY 151 with quick access to the interstate, bus stops, shopping, coffee shops and a short walk to the Sandburg Woods.

The portal has allowed easy access to paying your dues and seeing what your balance is from the comfort of your home. The board and management highly recommend everyone use the portal as a way for paying dues and seeing what your balance is.
*You do not have to sign up for automatic withdrawal, however it does help to make sure your dues are paid on time.
